"I worked for Brett at another molding company and I wanted to be part of his new company.  He called us the Magnificent 7!  Back then, we were just starting out and had a trailer out in the warehouse and a generator for electricity.  I’ve worked various roles since I started at Advanced in 2000 including the warehouse, office administration, shipping/receiving, material handling, operator, quality inspector, production lead, secondary operations supervisor & now purchasing (for the last 13 years). 

It’s wonderful to see the business grow, even though each year there were growing pains.  But that’s what it takes to be successful … Our suppliers see how we operate so our culture comes through."
